Essential Mods for a 98 S70 T5A for someone on a budget S70

Hey people,

Just wondering what everyone thinks would be the essential upgrades to a 98 T5A for someone on a budget(Though I would like to hear peoples recommendations on chip tuning options). For starters I would like to focus on stopping and getting rid of dive and roll in the corners. Any Ideas on what to do and on what not to do? The what not to do's are very important to me as Murphy's law was written about me.
