Same happened to me when I bought my '97 Sportwagon (thats what they say on the brochure) as demo in '98. I called custom service of Volvo Canada, they mailed to me within a week.
If no luck, try the link below, the '97 Sportwagon is the 3rd brochure, maybe you can get a color printer to print it out. It is exactly 1997 Sportwagon (Canada). Hope that helps a bit. PChiu
