Power Window Switch S70 1998

I had the Driver side Power window switch go out, with the window all of the way down. I by-passed the switch by jumping the window motor with a battery to roll the window up. I bought a new Switch Cluster and installed it only to find that the window will not go down. Is there a Relay or Fuse that might have blown when the switch went bad??
