No. But if you want to make sore someone doesn't steal your car with 1 of the "lost" keys, have all keys with you and ask that all keys in memory be erased, then reprogram original and new keys. This way, if someone has 1 of those other missing keys, they can still unlock the door but the engine won't start. By the way, up to 6 keys can be programmed.
