Third Seat from a V70 to an 850 850

I have just lined up a local seller of a 3rd seat out of his 1999 V70R. I understand that some of the third seats from that model year will fit into an 850 while others need to have some additional parts. Can anyone tell me if i can transfer the 1999 V70 into my car? If anyone has the installation notes i would really appreciate a copy of those also. From talking to the seller he seems to have the seat belt shoulder strap come through the side pillar. I am not sure if that is a problem or not. In addition to that he is not sure what the 3rd upholstery piece is that he has seen on packages selling on the net. Any help at all would be appreciated.
