O2 sensor out........?????? Help 850 1995

I looked at this site. I see the O2 section and it's the way I did mine.

I see the codes section, but didn't locate an area on how to read or where to read the codes? Resetting appears to be disconnecting the ground from the battery for 10 mins or more.

How and where do I read the codes? Do I need a tool to plug into the A2 socket?
