I have no idea about your problem other than I believe that all the windows will be on the same circut breaker. If you don't get an answer here, you could try Rich K at volvospeed.com

If you don't mind me asking, how much did that main switch cluster cost you? I have a 98 S70 as well and I noticed that the drivers "switch pack" was replaced under warranty at about 30,000 miles. In that case, the driver's rear did not function.
