Had it with my S80 (2nd time) S80

Damn! I'm sorry to hear about all your problems. I'm surprised that they make you pay all of that considering the car is still under warranty and should've been fixed under warranty. Who was your service advisor there? I get my car serviced there with no problems. I usually go with Paul, he knows my car pretty well and usually keeps me on top of things. The british guy (I forget his name) is good too.
Yeah, S80 has it's problems. My dad wanted to buy a used one, and believe it or not, the salesman (who knows me) actually recommended otherwise. He said too many are being returned for all kinds of electrical problems. It's not all the mechanical components (like some of the stuff you had to replace), they were cutting corners with the electrical components.
I suggest you have Calabasas buy your car back under the Lemon Law. I think if the car has been back to dealer for 3 times for the same problem and can't be fixed, the car is eligible for the Lemon Law. If you want as well, hire a lawyer, it'll expedite things a lot faster.
I hope things will work out for you. Talk to Paul. Tell him Mike with the blue C70 sent you.

Regards,
Mike H.
