what options to get on a v70 glt? V70-XC70 1999

I have a 99 V70 GLT. This car comes well equipped and ususally only a few options/accessories are necessary.

Features/options we like;

- leather (must have heated seats if climate dictates)
- sunroof (however, noisy when fully open, buffets a lot, need to crack rear window)
- memory power drivers seat (manual passenger seat but okay)
- third seat (useful now and then as we have 3 kids, not for full time use though)
- winter package (in Canada - headlight wipers, mudflaps, block heater, rubber floor mats go in carpets out in winter, snow tire package.
- traction control
- would like roof racks and/or hitch for bike rack (maybe this year)
- single indash CD player-

Features/options we don't need;

- cargo cover (useless with third seat as it must be removed to use it, ours has sat in the garage for over two years - go with shaded windows instead.
- on board computer - find these things to be not worth it.
- power passenger seat
- fog lights (useless where we live, don't have them, have them on my Saab but never use them.
- CD changer (can only listen to one CD at a time)
- dual climate control (this is nice but we find that we just have two knobs to turn instead of one, might be useful if doing lots of two person long distance driving)
