whistle when braking and rear brakes hot 850

Hi, sometime ago I wrote about a whistle when braking which I assumed came from the booster but upon further investigation it sounds like it's coming from the brake pipes going to the rear brakes. You can only hear it when you depress the brake suddenly and from no-brake situation. I looked at the pipes and can't see any damage. Any suggestions on this?

Secondly I replaced the rear pads and noticed that the one wheel runs hotter than the other. I checked that it doesn't bind by jacking the car up and getting someone to press the brakes for me and it turns freely when the brakes are released. The rim itself is very hot, I couldnt touch it for more than 5 seconds. I checked the tire pressures are the same for the rear wheels. When I replaced the brake pads I checked the wheel braing and it sounded ok, no noise, no movement. Any suggestions on this?

thx.
