If I were you, I would start looking for a carbon monoxide leak.

There are many other things that could lead to the same problems. Cellular telephones being the leading cause. But something as simple as listening to a factory car stereo for extended periods of time can do the same thing. They tend to be harsh and can cause ear fatigue and give me a headache also.
