Sport springs? S70 2000

I'm thinking about the IPD Sport Springs for my S70. I understand the handling benefits, but would like to get your practicle feedback on:

1) Will the ride be so bad that I'll be collecting my teeth after hitting the railroad tracks? I have 205/55 R16 tires.

2) If I load up the car with the fam and load up the trunk with luggage, will I be sailing down the road California low-rider style with sparks a flyin'? I hate it when the rear end droops when you load up the trunk. Not cool. So, do the springs reduce the load capacity?

So far I have the sway bars and the strut brace. I'm thinking about Bilsteins, but figure that it makes sense do springs at the same time if that's what I decide.

Thanks,
Ted
