Engine noise in radio 850 1997

I recently purchased an 850R - I love this car, however, there is engine noise in the AM/FM radio, but not CD/changer. I understand that this is most likely due to a ground loop, so a purchased a filter to eliminate this. To install the filter, I need to connect to the +12V lead and the ground lead to the radio, however, the wiring for this radio is not simple. There are actually 2 full-time +12 volts leads to the radio (hot whether or not the ignition is on), 2 grounds and 1 +12 volt ACC lead (turns on with the ignition). Do anyone have a clue as to which +12V lead and which ground I should connect this filter to? Any comments would be appreciated.

-Tom
