Loose Steering?! 850 1994

It's best checked on a hoist, inspected by someone with experience and no, I'm not trying to be a wise guy or put you down but it's your safety that's an issue here (maybe the safety of others as well) and nothing that should be taken lightly if you're sure there's something loose.
Besides tie-rod ends, you could have one or more worn/loose ball joints, etc as well.
