startup revving 850 1996

hi,

i've got a 96 850 t-5 which has a problem when starting either from hot or cold, the revs climb to about 3000 and hang there for a second or two and then it idles properly.

this happens only now and again hot or cold and i have had no other probs, its got 90k with a full history and the ecu light has never come on
