It is called 'Afterblow' V70-XC70 2001

As Chris pointed out, above, it is a normal function of the HVAC system, if certain conditions during the car's operation occur (such as running the A/C quite a bit on an, at least, warm day) the fan will start at about 50 minutes after you shut off the engine and it may go on for up to 20 minutes or so.

You can shut it off (temporarily) by turning the car back on but I am pretty sure that it will repeat its cycle.
