ABS/Trac lights on 850

Really $300? Thank you very much... why did the volvo dealers tell me the part cost 1,400 and 300 for labor... (i guess I know) and they were rude..If I get the Pc board then how do I ( my mechanic) find out how to install it and get the lights off?
