Window Switch Fix? 850

One contact on each switch was fried. Another slightly fried and the 3rd and 4th were just fine. I assume the burning is from arcing. They do last a good long time but, since failure is still common, I'd like to bullet proof them instead of paying $125 for a new switch pack. I think the motors still have a lot of inductance in them so a cap seemed like it might work?
