Is the Volvo ISOFIX REAR-FACING seat available in the US? V70-XC70

Has anyone installed ISOFIX (LATCH) rear-facing seat in their Volvo? I'd like to get opinions. As far as rear-facing (either infant or convertible) seats are concerned, why are there still no ISOFIX-based seats in the market? Britax came out with their Expressway seat, but that's forward-facing.

Volvo has been 'trumpeting' about their ISOFIX system (and that contributed to our decision to buy my wife's MY2001 S60), but since there are no seats available from Volvo, I find it irritating, to say the least...
