45k - 50k service S70

I have a 98 S70 T5. The check engine light is on, but I (my wife) neglected to screw the gas cap on after a fill up. This was about three weeks ago. I thought it should go out by now.

Anyway, the car has 47k miles on it. It was last serviced at 42k (the 40k service).

I want to bring it in and have them do the 45k and 50k services at the same time. What am I in for this time. Is it ok to do two at once like this?
