HELP: cambelt replacement 850 1995

I'm busy replacing the cambelt on my 850 T5R, the car has 114 000 km on it. My problem is that the inlet sprocket is out by 1 tooth, the crank and exhaust sprocket line up and the inlet is one tooth to early (i.e. mark is one tooth to the right of the marks). By the look of the nuts on the sprockets it looks like they have been worked on. On the inlet the sprocket holes is such that the inlet cam can be advanced and looks like is is almost at the max retarded.

Question , do I change the belt and leave the position as is or do I correct the inlet one?

Thx
