AC PANEL LIGHTS FLASHING, what does it mean 850

Hello,

When i start my car up the two amber lights on the AC panel both flash, the manual says that means there is a problem with the system. The volvo shop told me it can mean low freon or problem with the controller.

Anyone have a more specific idea of what this can mean, are there codes associated with this?

I was going to add freon to see if the lights go out but the AC is nice and cold and i do not to overcharge it and cause more porblems.

As i live in Houston and it has been 80 degree's all week thta means summer is close and i want to do any repairs before it gets to be 105.

Thanks for the Help

Dan
