Check Engine Codes 442, 446, 448, and 233 V70-XC70 1998

V70 1998, 56,000 miles

Brief history of check engine light codes and repairs over the last 6 months:

Code 121 - internal fault with air mass meter: replaced air mass meter
Codes 442 and 446 - air pump: replaced air pump, check valve, and solenoid valve
Code 233 - long term idle air: replaced vacuum nipple at the flame trap housing
- vacuum leak from upper IAC valve: replaced vacuum line connector, and now
Codes 442 and 448 - air pump failure and 233 long term idle air trim.

The check engine light always comes back on a few hours after the code has been cleared. The dealer now tells me that the wiring harness needs to be replaced in order to fix the problem.

Any suggestions what might be causing the problems, what to look for, and how to fix it?

Thank you.
