02 sensor bad? 850

I have had this problem with poor full throttle acceleration below 4K rpms. The warmer the car, the less noticable the problem is. From 4-6K rpms, the car is like a rocket with 14-15 psi from my IPD ECU.

My printout from my state emission test today is:

reading limit
CO .24 .44
HC 77 78
NO 126 625

I read somewhere that when the HC and CO are high, it's time to replace the O2 sensor. Am I missing the obvious and is it time to change the 70K mile O2 sensors?

Thanks for your help.
