OK and I thought I had answered the questions. I told you if it was a true "accident", then of course it wasn't an intentional decision as in deciding to street race, deciding to drive alone to a bar knowing you will consume large amounts and drive home. I didn't expound on this in the earlier posts.

And yes I didn't mean to quote you, only to use it as an absurd example that a little is OK, but more is not. If you took it as you describe above, then I apologize. I didn't think you changed anything.
