Is there some sort of anti-thief devise??? 850 1996

Well, sounds to me that the car has an alarm system (probably OEM?) and that it's possible that a sensor is malfunctioning causing the alarm to trigger. If the alarm is activated, it won't start as that's one of its purposes, to stop the thief from driving off with your car.
Make sure that all doors are closed tight, otherwise if it re-occurs it'd be best checked by a dealer tech with alarm experience.
