Playing burned CDs S70 1998

There are quite a few CD players out there that will not play CD-R's. The discs themselves often have different reflectivity than standard prerecorded discs. Also make sure the discs are finalized by the recorder.

This has been a problem since the format was introduce about 8 years ago. Newer CD players actually will have it listed that they will play them. If the discs are actually finalized, and they stil won't play, your only real option is to buy an aftermarket player.
