clearing codes after cleaning throttle body 850 1995

The sensor you speak of is not related to the transmission whatsoever, so though it would account for some of the lights coming on, on the dash, it will NOT account for transmission codes such as the up arrow on the dash if you have it, or the econ/sport light.

Check out bay 13 for code clearing instructions, but as for the tranny lights going off, I'd be more concerned with reading those, and finding out what they are pointing to.
