Removing scratches from plastic cladding V70-XC70 2001

While turning our '01 XC into a driveway, the dark brown plastic cladding of the front bumper scraped against some bare twigs on a bush, leaving visible (grayish white) scrape marks. I washed the car, but the marks are still visible. Any suggestions as to how to remove them? Thanks.
