clunking transmission on acceleration 850 1994

My 94' 850 with 101k miles clunks on acceleration (only when warm)after I get up to speed it is fine and shifts good. When pulling off from a light it hesitates after pressing the pedal and then thumps and kicks in. I don't have the pnp switch problem becuase it shifts fine after getting through first.

I have recently had the transmission flushed.
