95 GLT RECALLS 850

I'm the 2nd owner of my 850 and I just found several recalls safety and general on the 95 GLT. Anybody know if the recalls back in 95 and 96 were on a car by car basis. I called the dealer the person I spoke with didn't seem to interested in helping me she said the were no open items on the car. She said most of the recalls back then were on a car by car basis. Anyone have any different info. How can I find out if the recall truely did affect my car and if so how can I find out if the items have been taken care of. I assume they would have been done during servicing but I don't know for sure.
