AG,
There are refinishing shops out there that deal with refinishing alloy rims. I had all four of mine re-done at $100/rim Cdn. The job includes removing the rubber, stripping the rim of clearcoat and paint, re-painting to OEM spec or your choice of color, clearcoat, mount and balance rubber. Scratches, dents, and scrapes are repaired as the same time.
