Blow off valve 850 1996

Thanks. The first post wasn't mine, but I nonetheless found your answer interesting. I have no interest in a blowoff valve. I also agree with the other poster and think the Winter Mode is a real nice way to overheat your transmission (lots of fluid sheer going on there). I only mentioned it because when I got the car I had to try this function, and in doing so, notice the whoosh sound from this recirculating dump valve.
