Need door speaker recommendations 850 1997

I have an 1997 850 R Wagon. One of the rear door speakers is starting to BUZZZZZ. I'm sure that I'm not the first to replace speakers. I'm looking for either direct drop in replacements or for MINOR tweaks to install the new speakers in the stock locations. I want the finished install to look stock.

QUESTIONS:
1. What size will fit? (I haven't pulled the door panel open yet.)
2. What brand/model did you use?
3. Did you replace the front door speakers too?
4. Any recommendations or hints.
