V-40 question water leak not coland, from aircondition, heater 850

we have a 2000 V40 something been happend every day..

inside the engine fire wall from the passenger compartment their is a hose shape like an "L" sticking out and bending down it is a drain tube..

the tube label "FLEXO MR 114458" what is this tube ???drain for ?

every time we drive the car and used the heater.. when we part there be a big water pool under the car coming this drain tube .

even we do not use the aircondition.. in cold day or hot morning it do the same water coming this tube..

not cooland from radiator I check it. not winshield wiper fluid...
just plain clean water ...

is any one know what this is... Thanks...
