Price too good to be true?? S70 1998

My wife and I just bought a used S70 GLT and since the first time I drove it I have loved it, but I'm really interested in buying a T5 for myself. Anyway I have been shopping around and not finding too many except one...this is a '98 S70 T5 loaded w/28k miles. The thing I'm worried about is the price, $13900. I stopped by the place (actual car lot not an individual) and briefly checked it out. There isn't a spot on the car that looks wrong, anyway I'm going to talk to them tomorrow about it and see what's up. To me this just seems way too cheap to be an actual good deal and I'm just looking for a little feed back. Does this sound about right or maybe it's lemon??
