Buy Canadian T5? S70 1999

Test drove a T5 the other week at a used car lot near where I live. Have been looking to upgrade from the NA I have been driving last 4.5 years. Car is a lease turn in with 38K miles, automatic, cloth/vinyl interior, new Pilots. Wish it had leather but I can get over that. Car has that turbo power and is in decent shape with the exception of some stains on seats, carpet. Car came from Canada. This is fairly common where I live although Canada is still 4 hours away. Exchange rate is attractive. Still has climate control in Celsius but speedo was changed. Some of the lights in the dash were out and the radio needed a code to work. He's asking 20K, which is not far from edmunds. Any thoughts? I have been told that remaining one year of warranty is transferable from Canada to US. Should I go for it? This could be the one! Thanks.
