Any good 5 1/4" speaker should almost drop into your front doors, (rear as well). I used MB quart Q series components, and they required drilling into the speaker mount in only a couple of places for a perfect fit. I used a product that should be available at any speker building store/web site that is a sheet of ribbed rubber used to reduce the reflection of the rear wave behind the speaker. It is placed, and friction fit (ie stuffed neatly) behind the drivers in the doors.

Sound deadening is also helpful to reduce vibrations in the doors (Dynamat or equivalent). If you don't want to be tearing into your door panels, a good place to check for vibration is the little plastic "webbing" that sits just behind the metal grills. When you remove a grill you'll see what I mean. It's easily deadened with small pieces of fleece folded and stuffed between the plastic and the metal.
