850 Side Markers and Fog lights? 850

I've read that behind the volvo emblem's on the side of my '94 850 are the mounting points for the side blinkers? I'm trying to sort of make my car look a little cleaner and newer, and I was wondering if anyone has put them in? Also, where did you get them, how do you do it, and how much did it cost?

Another thing is that my car doesn't have fog lights, it has the button on the dash, but no lights, how could I go about installing a set of them?
