aircondition after recharge now not cold why work for few day thank. 850

Just recharge my aircondition pass few day it working great nice and cold ..

but now it warm again no cooling like it was...


I add 11.oz R134 more yesterday + 2.oz it work fine until now..

what is others thing I shoudl be checking ?? the blower fan working fine..

thank...

total charge for systerm is 3 11.oz can and 2.0z oil can...
