Over chager aircondition system gauge read 100 (red) what to do 850

I believe I am over charger the system
check with pressure gauge it read 100 psi in the read max should have been 6psi

when I turn on the air condition seem like their is a blow out of R134a near the radiator are.. not sure where..

what is the best way to relieve some of the presusure from the system ??

any one know how ?? I need to take the pressure down below 65psi

compressore stop working on do not clycling because the system over charge
