Sway Bar Links - How to replace? 850 1995

I troed to unscrew a sway bar link on the passenger side. The nut was rotating tightly with the link innards, but did not unscrew. I tried to screw it back (yeah right) and the result was the same. Now I have a horrible rattling and banging somewhere on the front. Since I did not really touch anything else I assume this is the link (it was worn to start with).

I am sure someone knows the trick how to unscrew it. And then - how do you screw the new part?
TIA,
Yuri
