Speed Limiter 850 1996

The speed limiter in the 850 is linked in some way to the ABS system. I have been told by a Tech Rep at TME that you can disable the speedlimiter by removing the ABS fuse. I have not tried this, but i am sure that the people at TME know what they are talking about. I asked this question to them in regards to the ECU upgrade that TME offers, and the new top speed as a result of the ECU upgrade.

They said the upgrade will make the low pressure turbo car do 152 mph and to go over this speed you must diasable the ABS.

I have an email from them about this and will try to find it and post the email to the list.
