tailgate interior loose and rattling 850 1995

Hi,

The interior of my tailgate (wagon) is loose on one side. I am guessing that there are some internal platic clips that have broken. I am reticent to pull too far in investigation, for fear of breaking more of them. Can I just go get new clips (if they are used inside), and how detailed is the process? Or, is there a simple way to use screws, adhesives, etc?

I searched and saw some old posts (1997), that made reference to either cotter keying which I couldn't quite follow, or buying clips from a site that didn't work.

Is there a good site to order Volvo parts that saves significantly over dealer pricing?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Greg
