Kevin- we are selling our '95 T-5R and will sell the ECU enhancement separately... I just placed an add in the classifieds section of this site. This ECU will give you a 40HP increase (turbo boost higher) and will negate the time limit that is stock. This ECU is already in the housing and ready to plug in in one minute! You can keep your "old" ECU to use during smog checks, or when you might want to sell the car. :-(
