S70 AC question S70

Late last year I purchased a 98 S70 GLT with about 78K, I now have 87K. Runs great, no problems at all. Question is, with the warmer weather coming up, I turned on the AC, and it didn't exactly freeze me out. When I had this problem with other cars, it usually just took a recharge of the system. Looking at this car, there is a sticker in the engine compartment indicating that the AC system has had dye put in it, I'm assuming to check for leaks. But I know from other postings, many others appear to have had AC problems with this car.

So, knowing that no cold air comes out, and that dye had previously been put into the system, can any general assumptions be made? The car was purchased with a warrenty, but it will be a while till I have the time to get back to the garage to get it fixed, but I curious as to what the problem may be.

Thanks
