disable check engine light S70

Remove the ECU from the car overnight. It's in that black box under the hood just above the windshield washer fluid fill. Top module marked Bosch. Go ahead, pop it back in the a.m. Start your car. Voila. No light! It works. I did it last week.
Keep in mind, though, the light will come on if the vehicle still has a problem. You may get a week or 2, enought to erase the fault codes when you get the car inspected.
