How would the ride be if.........

Rick -

I slapped on a set of 215/45/17 Sumitomo HTZ-II on my '97 850R wagon, and they make a work of difference. I don't know what tires you are running now, but it may help. I have tried different tire pressures on these, and 40psi appears to be the magic number.

You can get them shipped to your front door for about $440.00...new tires and a softer ride for under $500. Not a bad deal.
