ABS Trac light 850

I just changed to summer rims/tires on my 850 and noticed that one of my tires was flat and had a hole so that it would not pump up. I just put one of the snow tires back on and cranked them all down to 81.2. Then when I drove, the abs trac light came on and I noticed a fairly loud clunking when braking from the front side where I have the snow tire. any ideas? is it the snow tire?
