VADIS User ID and Password S80 2001

Hi Ed,

It seems that you have some experience with VADIS. Maybe you can help me with some advice.

Well, I've got a SETUP CD and a CD that coresponds to my car's model from my VOLVO mechanic. I'd prefer to finnish the installation and configuration of VADIS without annoying him anymore (I've boored him enough).

I've installed VADIS on my PC. During the installation (I've choose the Recomended option) it didn't asked me for any Admin password.

When I'm launching the application it asks me for an UserID and a password (or System administrator password) and I'm stuck there.

I just want to use VADIS to access the diagrams with the parts numbers, not to have all the hardware to interogate the car's CPU.

I think it should be a generic userID/password, or are them hard coded in the CD at the factory? Do you have any ideea on how to proceed?
